Pistons-IN THE REGULAR SEASON they should still be one of the best teams in the league, come playoff time however...
Knicks-NBA champions, duh.
Celtics-Same as the Pistons, on paper if Tatum can do what Brown did last season, which we know he can, they should still be one of the top teams in the east, like the Pistons, the got an excellent coach and defence and that's what matters in the regular season.
Sixers-Like it or not this team isn't the best team in the regular season but they do well no matter what.
Pacers-Think they will start slowly as Haliburton's returning from an achilies tear but they'll end the season well.
Heat-I don't think they are a good team really I just think Giannis is going to return being healthy to be honest.
Magic-They are a good team, I think hiring Sean Sweeney will improve them a lot it just that the east overall has improved a lot as well and they'll still have their various injuries so I don't feel confortable putting them in ouside the play-in.
Raptors-(I'M ASSUMING THE KAWHI TRADE FALLS THROUGH) Same roster basically but without Mamukelashvili, I think they'll regress.
Bucks-Guys saying the 11 seed will improve to the 9 seed when the got rid of Doc Rivers isn't delusional.
Hawks-I don't know, I just think that they have lots of pros and cons in their team and they have lots of guys around a similar level trying to prove themselves fighting for minutes I don't see a consistant rotation happening and that is going to lose them a lot more games than this team should.
Wizards-I see them getting Trae Young and AD as "the perfect stars to be mid" (they want to be mid for the best lottery odds), so yes I do think they are going to kind of continue tanking in a way.
Cavaliers-I think early on they'll kinda struggle and Kenny Atkinson will get sacked, then James Harden is going to do James Harden things and the whole locker room will be a mess. But why? You may ask-Look at this roster: Mario Hezonja is just there for some reason, Dennis Schröder just doesn't really care anymore (that's a fact), Max Strus is just there as well, their defence is sh*t even though they have a former DPOY, they remind me of last years Bucks team.
Nets-Same as Wizards, they'll try to be mid and adding Julius Randle is perfect for them.
Bulls-They have a horrible defensive backcourt, I really love the Tiago Splitter hire and if he knows how to handle the offense they'll be better than 14th but it'll take a season.
Hornets-I'm so baffled by the LaMelo trade because now that you traded him and Miles Bridges, you have no playmaking at all, and you have all these great catch and shoot players but they can't generate their own shot and the guys that can are Coby White and with all respect that doesn't contribute to winning basketball, Brandon Miller who I just don't think he'll be as healthy as last year, and Kon Knueppel who I like of course but I'll be suprised if he makes that to leading scorer territory. Basically I just think last season was an exception.
