The 2027 NBA Draft Is Not As Bad As People Say

Now I know the 2026 NBA draft has not happened yet but i did some early scouting of the 2027 NBA draft and the top prospects. I'ma break down some prospects and give y'all my tough top 5 prospects.

  • Tyran Stokes

  • Tyran is a 6'7 wing with freak athletism and can do almost everything. The finishing and downhill scoring is his best attribute by a long shot and looks as good as zions. His passing is very underrated and his defense is good enough to not be a liability. If he can figure out his shot I believe he can become a Jayson Tatum type player.

  • Jordan Smith

  • Now I kinda want to put him at 3 because of my 3rd ranked guy but he is at 2 because of his consistent performances and strengths I've seen out of him. Now he is a decent 6'2 who is strong decently athletic and can rebound very well for his size. The shot is a lil concern but has been good so far. Could be russell Westbrook potentially in the league.

  • Bruce Branch

  • Like tyran Stokes, branch is a athletic 6'7 wing who can finish very well and get his shot on many spots of the floor. I have him higher then most people do but I love him as a prospect and think he can be the best player in the entire draft. Best case scenario is Paul george.

Now for my player rankings so far

  1. Tyran Stokes

  2. Jordan Smith

  3. Bruce Branch

  4. Cam Williams

  5. Caleb Holt

    • Hm: Dylan Mingo, Baba Oladuton, Matt Able.
