Hey guys. This post isn't one that I saw coming. I've never really felt a strong impulse to leave this community of basketball fans that I love. But today I've decided I need to make that tough decision. I've had a lot of good times with ya'll and fanspo has given me a safe platform to debate the draft, make some of the most downvoted trades of all time, participate in mocks, and make true friends on the internet. I really will miss you guys.

Why I'm quitting fanspo:

Well, as many of you know there is currently a fanspo mock draft running with 30 different fanspo users. Of course I was controlling the spurs. At #4, I naturally took isaiah collier. Then at #8, I CHOSE devin carter. The thing is I was merely two hours late. No one else had made their picks yet but I still ended up autopicking frickin mates buzelis. That's no man to try and build a team around wemby with. I tried and tried again to no avail to get jbb (the person running the mock) to let me still get my boy devin carter. He, bring the dork that he is, would not let me have devin carter even though it wouldn't of messed up the mock in any way. That made me rather furious since I love devin carter.

So that's why I'm quitting fanspo. The site just no longer has the proper respect for hood hoopers.
