Preseason Week 1


New York Empire vs Miami Heatwave

The Empire start the fourth quarter with a five-point lead. Jayse Wiggles breaks through the defense, pulling off a slick behind-the-back pass to Dante Miller, who lays it in effortlessly. In the final minutes, Wiggles pulls up for a precise mid-range jumper and follows it up by stealing the ball to set up Miller’s dagger corner three. Though Miami fights hard, the Empire’s defense holds, securing a confident win.

Philadelphia Liberty vs Charlotte Cyclones

Philadelphia holds a slim lead as the final quarter begins. Jod Abil drives aggressively to the rim for a crafty layup, but Charlotte’s Xander Lan counters with a powerful post move, scoring through contact. The back and forth continues as Damon Kells finds Trevon Maddox for a smooth midrange jumper.

Kade Rowland scores inside for Philadelphia, but Charlotte’s Darius Tank Simmons crashes the offensive glass and delivers a thunderous putback dunk. Jod Abil pushes the tempo, only to have Lan reject his drive in a huge defensive play. The momentum swings as Simmons nails clutch free throws.

Late in the quarter, Charlotte’s defensive pressure intensifies, disrupting Philadelphia’s rhythm. Simmons’ presence under the basket proves too much as Charlotte pulls away for the victory.

Ottawa Maple vs Atlanta Vortex

Ottawa leads narrowly as the fourth quarter starts. Wiliannis Antetochamberlain electrifies the crowd with a highlight euro-step dunk, but Stephen Brickman immediately answers with a flashy alley-oop dunk for the Vortex. Portland Timber vs Denver Outlaws

Portland holds a slight lead as the quarter begins. Duncan A. Ball dazzles with a no-look pass leading to a spot-up corner three. Trae Stod answers with a quick pump fake and midrange jumper to keep Denver close.

Ball asserts himself on the boards and scores inside, while Kieran Voss tries to navigate Portland’s defense with pick-and-roll plays. Ball’s timely blocks and aggressive offensive moves keep Portland ahead.

Las Vegas Vipers vs Dallas Dragons

Las Vegas leads by three entering the last quarter. Corey Naylor electrifies the crowd with a full-court alley-oop throwdown. Dallas’s Sup Aroony responds with a powerful windmill dunk, but Avery Kane coolly buries a corner three.

Houston Apollo vs Kansas City Cruise

Mason Clarke runs the offense expertly for Houston, but Tyrese Holloway’s drives keep Kansas City in the game. Cummings-Noncingham finishes with a powerful 360 contact dunk that excites the crowd.

In the final moments, No Ball-Knwldge and Holloway knock down key shots to pull away and secure the win for the Cruise.

Minneapolis Frost vs Sacramento Capital

Minneapolis holds a slim two-point lead. TM3D1Glazer floats a delicate shot over defenders, while Cumringham Butterduck responds with a stylish euro step fadeaway. Glazer assists the offense with accurate kick-out threes.

Caleb Whitaker’s spot-up shooting keeps the Frost in control, despite Nolan Pierce’s solid scoring for Sacramento. Glazer’s clutch midrange jumper late in the quarter puts the game out of reach.
