Hey everyone! This is my first post on Fanspo, and I’m super excited to be here. I’ve been following the NBA pretty closely since 2018, but I’ve somehow made it all this time without picking a team to fully root for. I love the league, the drama, the trades, the young talent all of it but I’ve always stayed neutral and just appreciated the game. Now I’m ready to dive in and finally call a team my team.

A little about me: I’m a pretty fun, positive, and supportive person I like teams that feel like a family or have a strong sense of culture. I don’t need a superteam or guaranteed titles, but I do like teams that are building toward something with a clear identity. Whether it’s a gritty underdog or a flashy up and comer, I’m open to suggestions!

Since I don’t have any hometown ties or reasons to pick a local team, I thought I’d come to the community and get some thoughts. What team do you think I should root for and more importantly, why? Sell me on your squad! Whether it’s the vibes, the fanbase, the future potential, or even just the jerses I want to hear it.
