Everyone that has followed me probably knows about my hate for Ben Simmons. And this needs to be said. Ben Simmons is a BUST. You heard me. I’ve said this since he demanded they switched him to pg. Ben Simmons is a bust. And after this new stuff he’s pulling now I 100% believe the Sixers should buy him out and no team should sign him. Send his ass to Shanghai to play for the Sharks. He has zero work ethic, horrible attitude, does what he wants, and yet people are still behind this guy defending him. Embiid even said he don’t care about Simmons anymore and yet it seems like some people would stick with Simmons over Embiid for some reason. Like I said, as soon as he demanded to play pg instead of pf (which he was drafted as a pf) I knew he was trouble. People have given me crap for my Simmons hate and now I hope everybody sees why I hate Simmons so much. If Simmons actually put in effort I’ll be honest he could be what Giannis is now. He does have that POTENTIAL. But that’s the key word. Potential. But with people like Simmons you can’t make them change or improve on anything because they truly don’t care and because of that all that “potential” goes out the window. Even if they did trade him he’s still going to be doing the same stuff he’s doing and won’t improve one bit that’s just the type of person he is. And due to his work ethic and selfish attitude he’s just an athletic Anthony Bennett getting paid $30 million. Simmons is a bum and should be out of the NBA. Period.
