For me, it's neck and neck between Finch and Daigneault. The Wolves and Thunder took major leaps this year, and barring any surprises, should be the 1 and 2 seeds in the West.

That said, I wouldn't be upset with anyone who thinking it's Mazzula or Mosley. The Celtics are far and away the best team in the league, and it takes a steady coach to keep four stars on the same page. The Magic are easily the moved improved team in the East, which you could argue was expected but still hard to pull off.
