As a Blazer fan, I think Simons has value for this team, but he also has noticable drawbacks that make me feel the Blazers should at least consider him as tradable.

This is where I have trouble trying to figure out his value.

I consider him a similar style of player to Poole and Herro, and he obviously has value within the Blazers organization, but I can't figure out what his value is elsewhere.

Strengths: Shooting, athletic, young, average contract for his ability not too high but not super low

Weaknesses: Very bad defender, probably won't improve much, inconsistent passing, has struggled next to ball dominant players so far and it's yet to be seen if this remains an issue
