Sorry I'm late, busy w school, ball up top
NUGGETS-Peyton Watson The versatile wing from UCLA is bound for an improved role, already as a defensive stopper, but I believe he can do more if he's given a chance. Typically relegated to the corner, he'd do better with a more varied shot profile, and can be used similarly to Jaden McDaniels, a useful piece on any competitive team.
THUNDER-Ousmane Dieng/ Alex Reese Dieng is a high upside player who I was high on coming in the draft, and while he hasn't had chances with the Thunder contending for titles, his recent preseason outings have proved his time is coming soon.
Alex Reese is sure to get time with the injury to Isaiah Hartenstein, and he should show off enough to stay when he returns.
BLAZERS-Scoot Henderson and Shaedon Sharpe The future of Portland is bright with the duo of Scoot and Shaedon. While Scoot had a rookie season below expectations, he's doing well averaging 15 pts and 5.3 assists, although his 3pt% is low, he can improve.
Shaedon Sharpe, while troubled with injuries, is a high potential player who is another core piece to the roster. Another player who should improve his shooting numbers, he shows more potential in that than Scoot. If he remains healthy, he'll continue to be a key piece to the rebuild
JAZZ- Taylor Hendricks The stretch 4 who split time between the Jazz and their G League Affiliate, he will have a bigger role within Will Hardy's perimeter centric offense.
T-WOLVES- NAZ REID The mobile big will get more chances to shine post KAT trade, as he is a better fit than Gobert for their roster. As they build a roster around their franchise's superstar Anthony Edwards, I see a similar situation to when the Rockets acquired Russell Westbrook. We had Clint Capela, a big who has an interior exclusive profile. He was in the way of Russ, a slashing guard who couldn't be utilized to full potential bc Capela was clogging up the paint. So we switched to small ball, but the T-Wolves are able to maintain size without compromising the lane by using Naz at the 5 over Gobert, who is just Clint Capela +++.
EDIT- Taylor Hendricks out for szn, damn
