What happens if Miami trades for Lillard?

So I have to tell you I get the motivation to acquire a Damian Lillard but what then?

I don't mean to be crass but Miami despite the Finals appearance finished in 8th place in the Eastern Conference last season going 44-38. I mean that's hardly the stuff of legends. I respect the depth but its not like it was an injury plagued season for the Heat where they just got healthy for a title run. Jimmy Buckets was in 64 games, Bam 75, Herro 67.

Obviously Herro will be gone in any Lillard trade so what gives who is next? Because the only PGs on their roster are Kyle Lowry (who would be a buyout candidate if he wasn't about to be cap filler) and Jamaree Bouyea , don't get me wrong I respect what the Heat have done with G-League developed and undrafted players more than anyone. Bouyea was just 2nd team all G-League and really does look promising but he's been in 5 NBA games thus far. It's not like Butler or Bam are elite ball handlers either.

Pushing past that not only did they lose Gabe Vincent who played in 68 games at point , but also Max Strus who played in 80. Defensive guard Victor Oladipo is injured and traded.

I mean I like the "big" depth with Bam, THomas Bryant , and Kevin "Big" Love. They even have Orlando Robinson another G-League guy.

They have 85 million small forwards okay so at least 5 that I wouldn't want playing the 2 on a regular basis.

Even with Lillard the backcourt looks weak to me.

So I ask you where do the Heat finish in the East do the Heat finish at after they trade for Lillard?
