Introduction: I have been on Fanspo for more than a year now and I have always wanted to start a mock. Well that hope is now coming to reality! I hope that my first mock will be a success!
Outline: This mock will be 2-3 seasons and will start from the 2024 offseason. All the trades and FA signings that have happened before this mock was posted will remain. Everything will be simmed on 2k. If anyone wants to sim please let me know. I will also have a long article about trades, rumors, etc. posted by a news writer every 3 days. Rules:
Basic:
No salary cap
No recently signed, traded, and rookie signing restrictions
No stepien rule
Injuries are off
Use NBA 2K rosters but do not include any current FAs in your roster post
The maximum amount of players on a roster is 15. The minimum is 14. You may waive players if necessary
All teams must have a roster post. If not, you will be disqualified from the sim
No fighting or cheating
Be respectful and kind
Trades:
I will veto trades that make no sense, and I mean NO SENSE
Each trade must be confirmed by both GMs
Trading may begin once you sign up
FA:
Format will be announced later on a separate post
Twists:
Each team will have to trade their second best player. Your second best player will be the second best 2K rating on your team, excluding any current FAs. If you’re unsure who that player is, please ask me and I will tell you. If you fail to trade this player by the deadline (TBA), he will become a FA and you will not have the option to sign and trade. You will also loose your next 2 FRPs

Win the finals: 125
Loose in the finals: 75
Loose in the conference finals: 50
Loose in the semis: 25
Loose in the 1st round: 15
Loose in the play-in: 10
Miss the playoffs (11-12 seeds): 5
Miss the playoffs (13-15 seeds): 1
Make a big trade: 5
Make a big FA signing: 5
In order to get regular season play involved, this is the following scoring format for it: 1st seed gets 15 points, 15th seed gets 1 point, and so on.
Highest amount of points wins.
FYI: This does mean you could still loose the mock even if you win the finals but it’s unlikely.
