This is an idea I have had for quite some time now. Given the current circumstances after the events of the past few days I believe now I a better time than ever to reveal my plan. Be sure to let me know your thoughts on this.

The Problem:

Everyone has there own opinion on what the main issue is on Fanspo. My opinion is that the issue is there just aren’t a ton of active creators. The amount of active creators continues to get smaller and smaller as people become less and less active since there isn’t as much interaction on posts.

The Solution:

The first step is to simply try and keep the users we currently have active. The way to do this is very simple as well. Just interact with people posts. Give feedback, suggestions, etc. Do so in a nice way tho. Disagreeing with people is part of it. There is a way to do so tho while still remaining respectful.

The second step is finding a way to get new users on the site. This is where my plan really kicks in. Fanspo is used quite frequently by YouTubers and Twitter users to create content. Normal this is in the way of trades. Many of times these individuals don’t create accounts tho. Aside from trades the biggest thing we have to offer is mocks.

My plan is to get a YouTuber to join in on a mock. If they were to post a video about their involvement in one Fanspo would go nuclear overnight.

What YouTuber you might ask? SixRingsOfSteel. He already has a Fanspo account and his YouTube content is based off of doing rebuilds on 2K. While 2K rebuilds are nice, everyone knows they aren’t realistic which is the main reason mocks even began.

This would be a great opportunity for him to really show his skills against the best creators on Fanspo. Me, Bron, and Kyrie would put on this mock as we have a history of doing them together and have a system that we know works.

How Do We Do This?

The best way to do this is to simply ask. What I would recommend is that everyone go to SROS YouTube channel and leave a comment.

First make sure you’re subscribed. I’d begin your comment by complimenting his video first. Then I would say something like I know you are familiar with the website Fanspo. If you wanted to really test your skills then you should consider joining a mock.

It would probably be good to then explain briefly what a mock is as he may not be familiar with them. Make sure to hit home on the fact that it would be a good way for him to create content similar to what he does now, except for against real people. Fanspo really does have some really talented individuals when it comes to mocks.

Also be sure to let him know to message me (AsapCohen) on Fanspo if he is interested. If you see another Fanspo users comment be sure to upvote it so more people can see it.
