Top 5 pick every six years. Top 10 every 3. Etc for every team.

Also would make sure teams like the thunder can’t stack and hoard picks like they have been. People are gunna realize very soon why that’s bad for the league. Forces GMs hands away from short term and short sighted moves just to stay employed.

Cons:

is if u miss on your top pick u probably are uncompetitive for a very long time. But that happens already. N u get to draft top 10 every 3years anyways.

Also a generational talent could plan out which team they wanna go to. But the nba already does that for them

To me tho this is way more organic/fair/transparent than what’s in place. Add in that if this league wants to whore themselves out to sports gambling they at least can take away any incentive to tank.
