NBA draft night rankings! (western conference) please flame

These are rated by how much value they got for their pick and how smart they were with it. Also if I think these guys have good potential or not and fit what the team needed.

Denver Nuggets: F

They had no picks

Minnesota Timberwolves: C-

The Timberwolves drafted Joan Beringer which is an okay pick and is what they needed. However, getting a huge steal in the 2nd round with Rasheer Fleming then trading him to the Suns makes this go down to a C- instantly.

Oklahoma City Thunder: B

I don't know how they keep doing this. Sam Presti is a genius. Thomas Sorber is a great pick and I really like it for them. However, I doubt he will play much which makes this pick a bit worse. In the 2nd round, they got Brooks Barnhizer which I have never even heard of until yesterday. Since the Thunder choose him, it probably means he is either really good or another Ousemane Dieng.

Portland Trail Blazers: C-

A huge risk in many peoples eyes. I really like Yang Hansen and I think he will prove people wrong but what I think is dumb is that they should of traded down even further because no way someone would draft him before like 23 or 24. He has a good post game and he can shoot decently well. People call him "Chinese Jokic" and we will see if he is or if he falls short of these high expectations from scouts.

Utah Jazz: A+

Utah, Utah, Utah. I love the way how they just said "f it" , who cares where Ace wants to go, he is going to change our franchise if he works out. Then you also trade for Walter Clayton Jr who is a great shooter and plays like Steph Curry (or atleast looks like him) and then you also get John Tonje in the 2nd round. Great draft.

Golden State Warriors: C

Warriors get Will Richard from Florida and Alex Toohey from Australia. It was an okay draft for them, not anything special. I wish they would of taken a guy with higher potential than those 2 but you got 1 last year to win with prime Curry and Butler so you gotta do it now or never.

Los Angeles Clippers: B+

The Clippers had the 30th and 51st pick. With the 30th they ended up drafting Yanic Konan Niederhauser, a big from Penn State. Then with the 51st pick, they traded up to 50 and got Kobe Sanders from Nevada. I like these fits a lot and this should help the Clippers a lot for right now and in the future.

Los Angeles Lakers: C

The Lakers traded up from 55 to 45 to 36. It was pretty impressive to be honest but then they just got Adou Thierro which I was mad because they needed a center. I know it was not them who picked him but If you stayed at 45, I would of prefered Zikarsky or even staying at 55 and having yourself decide, sorry i mean having Lebron decide who you pick.

Phoenix Suns: C

The Suns all in 1 night traded for Mark Williams, got Maluach and traded for Koby Brea. Unlike most people, I really like this for them. They got 2 bigs which is what they needed and Brea is a wing who can shoot the lights out. I am intrigued to see how this works but I am worried considering the Suns continue to trade for Hornets bigs and they never work out. This will either be a hit or miss so it is a C for me.

Sacramento Kings: A+

The Kings got 2 of the biggest steals of the draft in Nique Clifford and Maxime Raynaud. These 2 guys will be good NBA players for a long time.

Dallas Mavericks: A

It is hard to mess up the number 1 pick in this draft and if anyone where to do it then it would be Nico Harrison, just joking, I dont mind the Luka trade anymore. No matter how you think they performed and if you consider this all luck (which it is) or not then either way you got your franchise guy.

Houston Rockets: F

This is considered draft night so since they had no picks it is an F. yes they got KD out of one these but it was before draft night.

Memphis Grizzlies: C

The Grizzlies got Cedric Coward and Javon Small and Jahmai Mashack. I do not know much about these guys but it seemed like an okay draft for them.

New Orleans Pelicans: A+

You got 2 lottery picks in Jeremiah Fears and Derik Queen and I believe these 2 guys can change the Pels and their franchise. You also got Micah Peavy in the 2nd round who is also good.

San Antonio Spurs: C-

You got Dylan Harper and I do believe in going best player available but I am a bit nervous since neither him, Fox or Castle can shoot and then Carter Bryant, dont even get me started on him. He averaged 6 points on bad efficiency and cant do anything on offense and an okay defender, bad, bad, bad pick. I hated this for spurs fans ngl
