Should the Heat trade Tyler Herro?

Norman Powell is having a breakout and Tyler Herro just came back from injury, everyone is wondering if the Heat should keep Herro or trade him for someone valuable before his value drops. I will just be giving the pros and cons and you guys can figure it out because I really don’t care if he’s traded or not.

Let’s start off with the pros. Tyler Herro is a star and having him on the market would probably get a huge return like, for example, Lu Dort, Aaron Wiggins, and two firsts. That trade is unrealistic but it’s the example of his value. If the Heat trade him they can get some big pieces and let Powell cook. They have been great without Herro and might not even need him. It also gives Kasparas more playing time and we all want him to develop.

The cons of trading Herro might be even bigger. They would lose arguably their best player while possibly not even getting a star in return. If Norman Powell falls off then who is their star scorer gonna be? By losing him they lose the main safety net for when Powell has bad games and Andrew Wiggins and Bam aren’t the best number one options. By losing him the young guys like Pelle and Kasparas don’t have a guy to look up to and teach them how to be a star point guard.

Should the Heat trade Tyler Herro or should they keep him and contend with their current roster?
