First of all Im not an AD hater (I actually rate him really high)but getting in to trainings camp even bigger knowing hes gonna play the 4 full time this year is a disgrace to me (I know hes been injured but at least have some kind of diat man) when he shouldve cut like 10-15 pounds to be more switchable on the perimeter. Just put him at the 5 ffs.
There isnt even one guy who can create offense at a solid Level w/o Kyrie,while I love Coop and I think hes gonna be a top 5 player one day,you just cant expect that he can be the PG when hes normally a PF and that all on a supposed „win now“ team.
Klays completely finished,while I love him as a person,but his shot selection is horiffic,he cant guard someone to save his life and is really slow especally on defense so whats the point of starting over Max who brings all the things Klay doesnt.
PJ,I can only say positive things about him hes just great I hope he stay forever.
Naji,Gaff,Hardy,Caleb and Exum, whats the purpose of having them on this roster? While they’re good players(except Hardy) they either dont fit the roster or are never healthy so please trade them for players who fit the team more,cause especally Gafford and Naji (I love them tbh) are completely wasted due to the roster construction it would just be better for both parties to find a trade.
kyrie. God bless my man and they basically confimed at the game that we are gonna See him this year which is currently our only way to turn this season around.
7.Coaching staff: Please for the love of the game play a fucking point guard. Ik its too early to judge but the offense looks horrific,same with the defense but I think its way more likely to turn it around on that side of the ball for us.
8.Possible trades: We desperately need shooting,a good combo guard and possibly a new 3/d Wing who is a consistent shooter.
Trade assets: Christie,26 first own,2031 first own,29 pick via LAL,2032 first own,two swaps,Gaff,Naji,Caleb,Exum,D‘lo and Brandon Williams.
9.Ryan Nembhard: Love m what I saw,can have a major impact in the future,deserves to start rn.
My honest opinion: With Kyrie back and if we can stay healthy along with some trades I could see us being really good,but I dont think this will happen and even if it does I dont believe we could win the title so in the end you have to ask the question if this is all worth it or, would it be better to just fully rebuild this year to get a top pick and to ensure that Coops gonna have a bright future here? I believe the answer is yes.
