I think we need to stop rewarding teams tanking teams by giving them a guaranteed top 5 pick. So if you’re in the top 5 worst teams for 3 years you automatically get the 14th pick. Another idea is to take away the draft picks after 5 years of being in the lottery (sorry kings fans) this will ensure that you need to at least try. Also you could remove the nba revenue sharing to teams that are constantly in the bottom 5. Again sorry kings fans 😢
