The season is heating up and teams are gonna start making moves soon, these are my biggest targets for all 30 teams
Celtics:John Collins
It’s between him and Claxton but Collins has been on a slump and his trade value is lower, because of this I believe he is perfect for us, he was great on the Jazz as a main guy and he’d be like that with us
Knicks:Andre Drummond
This one seems odd but the Knicks have a great starting lineup right now so I don’t think they need another starting level player, that’s why they should go out and get someone who can play when KAT is off, Mitchell Robinson isn’t enough
76ers:Josh Hart
They need a big or wing so why not get a wing who can play a big position, Hart can get boards so that Embiid doesn’t have to jump and risk his knees exploding again, they also don’t want PG starting as much
Raptors:Jordan Poole
They need a better point guard because Immanuel Quickley hasn’t been the guy, he was expected to be a stud but he just hasn’t been able to live up to the hype since the OG Anunoby trade, he needs a change of scenery
Nets:Donovan Clingan
The Nets need to move on from Nic Claxton, they have money tied to him that they can’t afford to spend if they intend to pay their young guys when they are good, Claxton is getting paid too much and Clingan is just better version of him and he’s cheaper
Cavaliers:Keldon Johnson
Keldon is a younger version of Deandre Hunter and he has more potential, Keldon is also on a cheaper deal which the Cavs probably wouldn’t mind that with how much the luxury tax is now, he can develop into a stud and bring the Cavs to glory with Spida
Bucks:Harrison Barnes
The Bucks need a solid wing and Harrison Barnes is just that, he can score and be a solid role player and he would be the perfect replacement for Kuzma, Barnes is older but he still has more potential than Kuzma so I think they should get him
Bulls:Zion Williamson
Zion is in his peak years and needs a change of scenery, if he goes to Chicago he might be able to find a new way to play and be more healthy while he and Giddey lead them to the promised land, he is the athleticism they need
Pacers:Walker Kessler
They need a new Myles Turner, clearly starting a mix of Obi Toppin, Jarace Walker, and others just isn’t it because the Pacers are looking at a top 5 draft pick, they need a big and Kessler is just like Myles Turner, just younger
Pistons:Zach Lavine
Zach would be great next to Cade, it’s between Lavine and CJ McCollum but Lavine has more potential so the Pistons would rather have him, he is just Jaden Ivey but more athletic and better at basically everything
Heat:OG Anunoby
They could use a defensive forward and OG is just that, he can also mentor Jaime and make sure he develops well and becomes a stud, he is the perfect defensive fit with Bam and Kelel
Magic:Rudy Gobert
They need a starting center better than their current concoction of Mo Wagner, Goga Bitazde, and Wendell Carter Jr. getting Rudy would help their defense a ton and make sure that they can make a deep playoff run this year
Hawks:Tim Hardaway Jr
They just need a bench piece so why not get a shooter who Trae can pass to, he would be a great fit with Kennard and Alexander-Walker, the only issue they would have is their defense which isn’t that bad right now with Porzingis
Hornets:Mark Williams
I’m sure they miss Williams, he would be a great mentor for Kalkbrenner, Kalk has been great this year but if he was able to have a mentor or sidekick like Mark then it would be a lot easier for him to take his leap
Wizards:Jakob Poetl
The Wizards could use a big to pair with Sarr, Sarr can play the 4 and it would be great if he had a mentor like Poetl who could make sure he continues to take the leap like he has been so far this year
Thunder:Sam Hauser
They need a shooter like Joe and Wiggins, they are a good team when it comes to shooting but having a glue guy like Sam Hauser is really important for contenders, they would have a more flexible lineup and have better spacing
Timberwolves:Coby White
Coby has been injured a lot recently and hasn’t really been at his best so the Timberwolves would probably be able to get him for cheaper, they need a point guard better than Conley and Dillingham so why not get him
Nuggets:Lu Dort
Cam Johnson has been ok but he hasn’t put up anything in the stats to show it, he has looked like a mistake and the Nuggets might wish they still had MPJ, Dort is a solid role player like what they want and he can score at a high level when needed too
Trail Blazers:CJ McCollum
CJ is a sharpshooter who can play point guard if needed which is great for Portland because Scoot still hasn’t been they guy who they expected him to be, they need someone who can stay behind the line and shoot threes all game
Jazz:Austin Reaves
Reaves is perfect for a team in need of a stud, he’s still young and developing but he is also a great player right now, he is just what the Jazz need to pair with Ace and Walker to become a playin level team quickly
Suns:Payton Pritchard
Pritchard would be perfect with Booker, the are both shooters who can score, they could stretch Jalen Green to the 3 and have a great mix of shooting and athleticism while most likely letting Khaman get minutes if they send Williams out
Kings:Jalen Green
The Kings want someone like Lavine who is athletic and a solid shooter and Jalen Green is just that but cheaper, he is young and developing which is perfect for the Kings since they are trying to rebuild and contend at the same time
Warriors:Giannis Antetokounmpo
They need a superstar if they want to contend and Jimmy isn’t enough, they need Giannis and they are a front runner to get him if he is on the market, Giannis brings defense and size to a team that has little to none so he’s a perfect fit
Clippers:Anfernee Simons
The Clippers are in desperate need for a guard with Beal out for the year and CP3 getting waived so why not flip the struggling John Collins for the rising Anfernee Simons, they have enough help in the frontcourt and their backcourt isn’t great anymore
Lakers:Nikola Vucevic
Vooch has been solid for 15-10 every game since like forever and the Lakers probably don’t want Deandre Ayton starting at center for them long term, they missed on Mark Williams last year and Vooch is just a more proven version of him so why not get him
Mavericks:Mike Conley
They just need a point guard, just anyone, Conley is solid for 10 points and 5 assists whenever and still has a little bit left in the tank, he’d be a great mentor to Ryan Nembhard and he would be good splitting minutes with D’Angelo Russell
Spurs:Brandon Ingram
I made a trade a couple days ago where Fox and Ingram were swapped and I think Ingram would be perfect for San Antonio, they don’t need three guards and Ingram is the star forward they need, they shouldn’t have Keldon and Barnes as their forwards
Rockets:Russell Westbrook
I was really surprised that they didn’t sign him in free agency after the VanVleet injury and Amen has been solid as the main passer but he isn’t really a point guard, they also don’t want everyone to be like 6’7 or taller because it isn’t balanced
Grizzlies:Kris Middleton
The Grizzlies are trying to tank right now with Ja being bad and JJJ not being able to run an entire team they need to pull in veterans to develop their young guys while getting more picks by trading Ja and Jaren away
Pelicans:Jaren Jackson Jr
The Pelicans are probably moving on from Zion sooner rather than later and Jaren is a defensive menace who would be perfect next to Derik Queen, they could easily speed up their rebuild by getting Jaren and becoming a decent team
Who did I miss?
