I'm from the UK, and I need a team to follow in the NBA because I feel like I have been bouncing about different teams.

I would like to support a team that is not a bandwagon and not glory hunting, also one of my favourite things in the nba and I love when teams find gems in the draft like a Jokic or Manu Ginobili so like a team that has a good scouting/management team as well.
