‘Twas 3 days after my birthday, and all through the house, oh…
Not a player was stirring, yes, not even Bruno Fernando!
But up on the rooftop, arms crossed in despair
Was Coach Nate McMillan, in a bit of a ‘mare.
He couldn’t write any offensive plays
And the inconsistent defense was a problem on that day…
Like many, many other days.
So what did Nate McMillan do?
He wanted to resign, like Travis Schlenk did, too.
But just like Schlenk, he got outed, fired, ceased.
Because to the front office, there’s no profit in peace.
As a fan, he deserved it! Rightfully so!
Get out of our house, and be on your way home!
Your cold-hearted stare can go freeze another team!
Your arms crossed in anger can go kill another team!
Your inability to think can go hinder another team!
Just get out of my team.
The chains on Murray and Young seemed to break
The Baptist might actually exist again; shots he can take.
But then a chain on McMillan also broke that night
A chain from starlight.
An ominous figure loomed over the face of the earth.
He made all in the front office disperse.
With chaos in one hand and the other, a gun
He set out to have his fun.
Trae Young saw the players around him turn to puppets
Was he really just another muppet?
With the hand of chaos, the figure pricked at the strings
Hanging off his teammates like it was a normal thing.
The gun shot “BAM!” and to the right
Young saw the fans who cheered him on every night
Happy faces hiding despair, they cheered on through the struggles
Just to end up in a bright red puddle.
Might Quin Snyder save us? He can try
But the problem is more than meets the eye.
Nick Ressler, the man in the sky
Ruining my franchise one step at a time.
To this atrocity of nepotism, I say no!!!
The Ressler Family, you need to go!!!!
