As you know, the Portland Trailblazers are absolutely dog crap at basketball. I'm here to fix that, realistically. Here is what I would start with.

First trade the Jerami Grant contract (29.7M) and a 2031 1st to Charlotte for Miles Bridges. Now, I know that's not a good trade but he is better than Jerami and it frees $2.6M in cap space.

Now you have $6.3M in cap space

Second Trade Deandre Ayton and a 2028 2nd (Ayton is probably hurt or doesn't want to play) to the spurs for Devin Vassell

Now you have $8.3M in cap space

Sign James Wiseman to a 3 year $8.7M deal 2024 - $1,757,429 (league low) 2025 - $2,300,000 2026 - $4,700,000

Only $1.9M but that is when you cut Matisse Thybulle because he is horrible and so is his contract

Now you have $13M in cap space to sign Jonathan Kuminga to a 2 year $10.7M deal And Jaxson Hayes on a 1 year $4.7M contract ($9M behind 1st apron)

At the end of all of that you end up with: PG: Devin Vassell, Scoot Henderson SG: Anfernee Simmons, Deni Avdija SF: Miles Bridges, Shaedon Sharpe PF: Jaxson Hayes, Jabari Walker (maybe) C: James Wiseman, Robert Williams III
