I have a dream Fanspo edition

Today, I stand before you not to condemn a community, but to awaken it. Because a community that refuses to reflect is a community that refuses to grow.

Fanspo was meant to be a place of opportunity—a place where effort mattered, where voices were heard, and where passion turned into purpose. Yet today, too many people who deserve recognition stand unseen, while attention flows to the same few names again and again.

Let us speak honestly about mocks. Mocks were created to bring people together, to test skill, to prepare minds. Yet now, only half the people even show up—and many of them join only for that one moment, not to contribute, not to support, but simply to pass through. When participation becomes hollow, mocks lose their meaning, and the community loses its heartbeat.

We must also confront the culture of hostility that has taken root. Being mean is not humor. Being loud is not leadership. When spaces like Wazzup become places where disrespect is normal and cruelty is excused, we should not be surprised when people stop engaging and start leaving.

Creators, especially those with influence, must recognize the responsibility they carry. Toxicity from those at the top does not stay at the top—it spreads. When creators choose ego over empathy, they shape a culture that rewards negativity instead of growth.

And above all, we must face a difficult truth: no one governs Fanspo. There is no clear direction, no shared standard, no sense of accountability. A community without guidance drifts, and a platform without leadership allows the loudest voices—not the wisest—to decide the tone.

But I still believe in what Fanspo can be.

I believe it can become a place where effort is seen, where mocks are filled with genuine participation, where respect replaces ridicule, and where leadership is defined not by status, but by service.

Change will not come from waiting. It will come when we demand better—from creators, from spaces, and from ourselves.

Let us choose to build instead of divide.

Let us choose fairness over favoritism.

And let us shape Fanspo into the community it was always meant to be.
