This series will be known as the fanspo users grade series

Each user will get a poll and the poll will include the users strengths and weaknesses on what posts they make

Their will be 5 options S,A,B,C,D there will be no F tier because I believe there are few if none at all users who would even be close to F tier

Now during this series I want the list to be objective and have no biases in the picks same for and from me

There is a cap on S tier users with there only being 5 available spots in that tier after that tier is full only tiers A B C and D will remain
