….. literally pick every top free agent for 1 year contracts with the reimbursement amount keeping them from exceeding the hard cap. This is huge, because it means draymond whose age is a liability in trade terms becomes an asset that can be waived and stretched.

Not that I am saying they should do it, just pointing out how to get around the hard cap.
