Hello, everyone that decides to read this! I'd like to start off by thanking everyone that engages in my posts and gives me respective criticism, and for all the people that spend time out of their day to read what I have to say about certain NBA trades. This post is my way of saying thank you and expressing what I'd like to do on Fanspo in 2023.

To start off, I'll probably be getting a PS5 and 2k at some point during the year. At this point I want to go one of two routes with this, maybe even both. Option 1 that I've been thinking about is lowering the number of posts I make, but putting the trades or ideas into 2k and simulating the outcome of such moves realistically. I'd have fixed sliders, salary cap stuff, fixed overalls/ratings, and injuries to find out who won the trade and simulate till the year of the last draft selection. Some would be one season, others would be around 5 years. I would put up polls to figure out what move to simulate. The other option would be to try to run a realistic mock with a lot of monitoring so that nothing crazy unrealistic happens (that could be boring though). I was thinking about calling it the ultra-realistic mock or the middle-ground mock where two people put up offers and I create a middle-ground offer, both teams would have to decide on or use real-life trade value as an argument for trades where I'm allowed to veto things that could ruin a franchise.

Let me know if you have any other ideas, regardless until then posts should still be coming out maybe less though because of school coming back. The weekly season predictions should still be coming out, as well also let me know how I can make those better. Another thing I want to try out/bring back is two-team trades. I used to do them often until I realized they did worse in the algorithm, but as of late I've been seeing a couple on the trending tab and I want to start doing them again because they're easier to make. Also, they'll be better for the simulations. I might just post the ones I have made and see how they perform and start 2023 with a clean trade slate because I have about 10 prepared just can't think of 3rd and 4th teams. Regardless posts will still be coming out from me.

Besides that, I don't plan on leaving Fanspo anytime soon. The frequency will have its ups and downs, but I shouldn't flat-out abandon the site. I hope to make it to the top 10 in GM points or 100 followers. Either would make me happy. Nonetheless, thank you everyone for the great year I've had with this great community even though I don't talk to it much. I hope you all had/have an amazing year.
