Celtics:
Something isn't right in Boston. They are now sitting outside of the play-in after a 2 game losing streak. They are starting to get desperate and something has to be done. Their best move right now is to trade Jaylen Brown, and oversell on him. This deal gives them a future, and fixes their current chemistry. Bogi is a solid starter, while Reddish provides great wing depth. Azubuike can be a definite back up center, a position which the Celtics are lacking in. Obviously, they also get a pile of picks in case rebuilding seems like the best option.
Hawks:
Brown is a perfect fit next to Trae Young. He provides more dominant scoring and plays great defense. The Hawks have virtually no defense in their backcourt, so Brown is a match made in heaven. Not only do they get him, but they a add an amazing backup point guard in Schroder. This is about winning a championship. It is also nice that they get to keep Hunter.
Jazz:
They get a significant center upgrade with Okongwu. He can play the pick and roll better than Azubuike and plays better defense. Onyeka still has huge potential to become a top 15 NBA big man. As well as this, they get a heat check guy who is more clutch than Ingles. Come playoff time, Williams can be one of their top guys.
