Grizzlies completely blow it up and Nets acquire Ja Morant

Grizzlies then have 13 FRPs plus a young core of:

PG: Clayton, Traore SG: Wells SF: Coward, GG Jackson PF: Aldama, Hendricks C: Edey

Looks promising for a generational Rebuild, Coward and Wells can easily be starters in a Championship winning team and get time develop in the next 2-3 years. Claxton, Thomas, KCP + others can easily turn into 1-3 FRP or be used to make all in move.

They are missing a Franchise player and CO Star but this rebuild shouldn't take to long.

Nets on the other side could build around MPJ and Ja or Trade both when Ja's value is up again and they wouldn't loose any of their FRPs. Draft a player like AJ or Caleb Wilson and you can instantly compete.

They literally have nothing to loose on this trade and at some point they need to move on and start winning games.
