The Magic are finally ready to take their young core to the Playoffs. They trade for Obi Toppin and Cam Thomas to supplement their already mighty supply of young talent. With a starting lineup of Fultz, Brown, Wagner, Banchero, and Wendell Carter Jr., The Magic likely couldn't make it past the first round without a huge leap from Paolo, but they could probably be a pest to a higher seeded team. While having a first round ceiling is typically not the goal, this team will only get better, and playoff experience is valuable, as we saw in the Warriors Kings series. A second unit of Suggs, Thomas, Wagner (the other one), Toppin, and Bol Bol may not be an elite bench unit now, but the amount if potential there is scary. Now for the other team's perspectives. The Celtics accept only because JB will likely leave at the end of his contract anyways, and they would gain the assets to pursue another elite talent to pair with Jason Tatum. The Knicks and Nets are pretty much net neutral, but get more consistent minutes per game. Let me know what you think in the comments! How far does this Magic squad go?
