After getting Claxton and drafting at 4 and 15, the Bulls should still have arround 30 millions in cap space, so here is what i have they going after

Draft: Caleb Wilson at 4, Cam Carr at 15

Tim Hardaway JR 2yr/16 million with a team option (Room Exception) Hachimura 3yr/40 million with team option Zach Collins 1yr/5 million Kelly Oubre 2 yr/24 million

Focused on shooting since their starting guys should have little spacing. For that reason i really like Cam Carr to them at 15 over other guys. They should really focus on shooting bigs to come of the bench and take turns playing with Wilson/Claxton so they always have 4 shooters on the floor.

Decent team. If the Rookies are good right away they should make the play in, specially with a coach like Thiago Splitter
