Mavs take on bad PG contract but get promising guard w Flagg. NY improves defensively but takes a huge gamble. PHI gets off PG

Reasonings: Dallas: Post Nico Harrison Firing, trading AD makes sense and well his value maybe low, due to his injury risk, I believe a trade like this is fair for all three teams. Dallas gets McCain as a future guard to grow and develop next to Cooper Flagg, and well yeah the PG money is a pain, PG can still be used as a mentor for Flagg as he growss into Dallas's next face. That FRP is interchangeable, but I put LAC's for now as I'd assume Dallas would like that for AD.

New York: This may come as a risky trade for the Knicks, but if AD is healthy, he is truly a superior big man to KAT. AD is a better defender, and while yes, KAT is an amazing 3pt Shooter, AD's defense on a team with at best the 15th best defense in the league puts NY over the top. In addition, the AD-Brunson P&R would be special. This isn't Thibs who's gonna play AD till he dies, Mike Brown knows of his injury history and will play him according to that. This is a risky move, but one I believe would significantly benefit NY.

Philadelphia: Like New York, this is a really risky move for Philly. Giving up on McCain who could've won ROTY had it not been for injury sucks, but getting off the PG money is even better. KAT has shown in the past with Minnesota that he could be a stretch four, and playing next to Embiid is like Gobert, except Embiid is a lot better. Being 29, KAT's just in the prime years of his career, being an addition for both the Embiid era of Sixers Basketball and potentially the new era with Maxey and Edgecombe. Plus, this frees up the potential logjam at the guard position, with Nick Nurse now needing to just prioritize Maxey and VJ. Is it risky? 100%, but this could be a move Daryl Morey really considers.
