My brain may have been scrambled from the Luka trade but tell me if this doesn’t make a little sense here.

Lakers need defense and to beef their front court. Dray has been dying to play with Bron and has consistently professed love and respect for Luka. Plus the Klutch/LA vibe here. Looney is a respected vet and could eat C minutes during the reg season whereas Dray would take over C in crunch time and playoffs.

Steph sees the writing on the wall and looks around the league decides to ask Warriors for a trade. Would there be a better landing spot for him to ride off into the sunset than with the only other Curry brand player Fox and Wemby? He would be insane with those two. Could probably guarantee atleast one more ring but if he plays 4 more years with the spurs I would say the over under would be 2.5.

Fox takes a ton of creation pressure he has the best defender in the world behind him. He can play off ball and create some of the wackiest highlights with Wemby.

Warriors would essentially cashing in and conceding that the title days are gone. They get a trove of promising young talent from the Spurs and a 1st and Knecht.
