The Magic have a crowded frontcourt with Banchero, Wagner, WCJ, Bol Bol, Isaac and Okeke.

The Magic need perimeter shot creation and spacing, a role that Simons would fit perfectly. The Blazers need defensive help, rebounding and interior scoring, which WCJ provides (along with being able to space the floor).

Both teams trade from a position of strength to fill a position of weakness, and both teams get young players who fit their timelines and are on good value long term contracts.
