Bucks: Hard to argue the Bucks can do better for Giannis if he insists on going to a winner. They get back two young All-Star caliber players and a low first round pick next year. Put Franz and Allen together with Dame and they have a team that may not be a contender yet, but is still competitive, and they buy a higher floor and much longer window.
Magic: The Magic get exactly what they need to improve their offense -- a young floor general who can run the offense and create. Garland is on the same timeline as Paolo. It's time to move on from the stale Franz-Paolo pairing.
Cavs: Cavs take the biggest swing, but it's time. They have a short window anyway with this core. Mitchell, Giannis and Mobley give them a legitimate Big 3. These are three All-NBA guys who are still in their prime. They immediately become the favorite in a weak Eastern Conference.
