Kings do this trade to further deepen there rotation and get a natural Power forward who can stretch the floor which is needed now that Derozan has been added.
Mavericks do this trade to get there main perimeter defender now that Josh green is gone and more compilatory shooting is added. Aswell as DFS reunion feels right and would help establish the continuity on the roster.
Nets get two unprotected firsts and are able to tank next season successfully as well as get a Jaden hardy who is extremely promising and why they get a less valuable pick from the mavericks. They get a young prospect in Colby jones and a unprotected pick years down the line aswell as Kevin Huerter who would easily be moved for further assests at the deadline.
lineups: Kings: Fox, Derozan, Murray, Johnson, Sabonis. Bench: Monk, Trey Lyes, Keon Ellis, Alex Len, Trendon Watford and Devin Carter.
Mavericks: Luka, Kyrie, Klay, PJ, Lively Bench: DFS, Naji, Grimes, Exum, Powell. I think klay should be a 6th man and DFS should start but i doubt they would elect to do that.
Nets lineup: Schroder, Cam, Bojan, Clownley, Claxton. Bench: Huerter, Day'ron, Hardy, Jones, Kleber. Didn't include ben Simmons for known reasons and i am not knowledgeable on the nets players at all.
Notes: The value may not be high enough for Cameron Johnson and the kings could include another pick that is protected but i feel kevin huerter and colby jones + 2028 unprotected first is enough.
