Cavs get Boston 2024 FRP (Pick30) and Boston 2026 (Bottom 20 pick). The 5 seconds are either bad or protected so 5 picks in the (45-60 range). Derrick White isn’t an all star, but he looks really good when he is a 4th or 5th offensive option because of his wide open 3’s and his shot off dribble. His efficiency will dip because the Cavs don’t have as much talent as boston but he will be a defender. Al Horford is a buy out guy or veteran presence. Pritchard is a project. Cavs don’t recoup good assets for Mitchell, but maybe they think this young core with a supporting piece can be good. Watching games Mitchell and Garland don’t fit. They played well with only Mitchell or only Garland. They almost lost to the pistons with both of them.
