Grizzlies: It might be time to move on from the Ja JJJ era of Grizzlies basketball and look forward. Ja's market is bleak these days due to concerns about his availability, attitude, and lackluster play. Jalen Green might not have the ceiling we once thought, but he's an iron man who has high end traits and is still only 23. JJJ still holds real value around the league, so his return will be more enticing. In exchange for JJJ, KCP, and taking PG's salary, the Grizzlies get three gems of assets. The 2028 LAC and 2030 PHI picks could be massively valuable, and Jared McCain is an awesome young player who is slightly buried in Philly. Memphis would pivot to building around Edey and the other young core, while still having plenty of potentially high picks to build their next contender.
Suns: The Suns have been better than expected, but they have a glass ceiling as presently constructed. Jalen Green is a good player, but his best games pale in comparison to what we have seen from Ja. If Jordan Ott can get Ja back to playing elite basketball, he would be a perfect compliment to Booker in the backcourt.
Sixers: The Sixers are Maxey's team, but they still pay Embiid too much money to ignore his importance. JJJ both fits Maxey's timeline and makes up for the current flaws in Joel's game. The rim protection, spacing, and drives from JJJ would be a boon to Philly, while KCP provides them with another wing defender to beef up their bench.
