Why each team does this...

Cavs: Get their starting 3 and d wing in Herb Jones who on a different team would look amazing and also get Miles Turner who would be a Much better fit around Mobley.

Pelicans: Pelicans get both Ayton and Strus who are both on expiring deals, get a first round pick at the same time, AND only give up Strus and Missi. I know Pels would rather have an Allen compared to Ayton lol, but it's more so about the two expiring contracts so they can finally rebuild.

Bucks: Bucks get Knecht, Missi, LaRavia, and draft capital for only trading Myles Turner. They have not even traded Giannis yet so this plus a Giannis trade would be a huge win for them. The Bucks officially start the rebuild with this trade.

Lakers: Lakers give up around 3 to 4 players yes, but you finally get a prime starting center who would be SO AMAZING with Luka and Lebron. Allen on this team would go back to being an All Star in my opinion. You thought Luka and Gafford were good... yeah watch Allen on this team.
