The Bucks may not want to tank, given how many picks they owe to so many teams. This trade makes them competitive for the next few years and still gets some draft capital long-term. They get KAT, DFS and Eason, and hope to rehab FVV for next year (or re-deal him). KAT can play the 4 next to Turner. Plus they get off the Kuzma and Portis.
