Miami is playing well and without Herro, just like they did in the playoffs. Robinson is ably filling the SG role and Jacquez is contributing. Lowry playing fine but will regress or get hurt. They can probably cause a lot of trouble again but hard to seeing them winning the whole thing.

In this deal, Miami fills 2 key gaps: a more consistent PG and a true starting PF. Brogdon is a great Miami guy - good decision-making and tough. Randle can be inconsistent but is a bucket and rebound getter - and will benefit from strong Miami leadership and having to defer to Butler. They both add halfcourt scoring, something Miami misses in the playoffs. The starting 5 is excellent and they keep their good depth. Adding McBride for PG depth.

Brogdon - Robinson - Butler - Randle - Bam

Knicks get two legit scorers in this deal. Herro has defensive issues but the Knicks have others who can compensate for that. Grant is a solid 2-way player who fills Randle's shoes well. They diversify their offense well here.
