I don't really wanna type this all up. Some team's fans may say no, but, all their teams say yes. 3 separate trades. Jazz-76ers, Jazz-Houston-Detroit, Jazz-Indy.
I like the trade for the Pacers. They get a discount on Walker Kessler becasue of his injury. He won't help them this season which helps with getting a good draft pick this year. Indy owns their 1st rounder unprotected, so they're free to tank away. Kessler's injury isn't a long term concern. Bring him Back when Hali returns, and Indy is immediately back in contention. Svi Mcyludpudlk is a really good glue guy type wing, that can shoot, plays good D, and does a lot of little things. He's a gym rat, grinder type and would be perfect in Indy, plus he has another cheap year on his contract. Sensibaugh is the classic boom or bust toss in player, with 1 year left on his rookie contract. He can be a big time scorer, or he can disappear. If he ever improves his consistency he'll be a big time scorer. Or he won't and he disappears permanently to Europe or China in a few years.
Philly Uses Paul George's heinous contract to get Markkanen, and Nurkic. They give up some young talent, and some draft picks, but all in all, this would be a great trade for philly. Nurkic is a massive upgrade at back up center on an expiring contract. And of course Markkanen gives them an Eastern All Star, 27 ppg Forward that would be the best PF Embiid has had next to him... ever? IDK, I'm not a philly fan but it would be a great pairing. They'd still have draft picks, and 2 rookies left over. Guard depth would be a problem for Philly so, maybe there's a different way to make the trade work, but I still like it a lot for them
Houston is a no brainer. Keyonte George is becoming a star and he would absolutely set Houston off in a big way. Y'all can have Cody Williams as a Bust or Bust prospect with 2 years that they will likely opt out of left on his rookie contract. Although, there is still the faintest glint of possibility he becomes a decent player, but, it's unlikely.
Pistons move off Holland and some distant pick swaps for a package of versatile role playing forwards. Unless they love Holland and believe he's a legit star then I don't see why they pass. They are the number 1 team in the east and this trade would significantly fortify that without mortgaging the future.
The Jazz get all the picks. The NBA would probably make a rule change to make sure it never happens again. The cherry on top though are the deep pick swaps. Assuming the rebuild goes well, those would be upgrades. It gives the team even more incentive to eventually start winning. Plus, they get 4 interesting young talents in Holland, Furphy, Bona, and McCain. All are player's their current team's fans would say they don't want to give up to make these trades happen. Aside from PG's contract the rest of the randoms are expiring. So, like, 4 nice young players, +7ish 2nd rounders and I can't remember how many firsts becasue I have been typing too long, but it's a bunch. The Rocket's pick in 2029 is very niiiice. It's actually 2 first rounders. The top 2 out of Phx, Hou, and Dallas I believe. The Jazz get a swap with Detroit in 2029. Plus they currently have the better of Cleveland and Minnesota 2029 that isn't listed on fanspo. So... 2029 would be a jackpot offseason. The Jazz would have control over 7 picks, and they'd essentially get the top 4 out of those 7, all fully guaranteed. Crazy. It wouldn't matter if it was a "bad draft."
Anyway, wasn't going to type any of this, but I started this at halftime of the lakers Christmas game and now it's the end of the 3rd. Spoiler,... Lakers are down like 18. Ask me why the Lakers should blow it up before the trade deadline.
