Reasoning:

Grizzlies - Getting KD would make this team much better and you'd basically be replacing bane with KD which is a win for a win now team. Another positive would be getting of that KCP contract and the picks you move are magic/suns picks, so if the grizzlies are bad they still have their own picks.

Suns - Get some good role players one of them being a young developing player (gg jackson). Main part of this trade is the suns would get their 2026 FRP back so they can be bad and get a lottery pick instead of trying to be good with a poor roster. Then there are the other picks such as the 16th FRP and future magic pick plus some seconds.
