Why would teams make the trade?

Wolves - I would exchange the terrible contract and fit in Julius Randle, who in return would receive an excellent 3-point shooter in Cam Johnson (41.9%) and Gary Harris, a shooting guard who shoots ok for 3 points (35.2%), who he could help coming off the bench and spacing the team. At some point in the game there could be 5 on the court with: Edwards, DiVincenzo, McDaniels, Cam Johnson and Naz Ried, a team that all shoots for 3 points.

Nets - Ok, they would receive one of the worst contracts in the league in Randle but as they are in tank, it doesn't make that much of a difference (they could try to pair Randle and Russell), and they would also gain a player with good potential in Rob Dillingham, point guard and that he wasn't getting much space on the Nets.

Magic - It's simple, they would get an expiring contract and a good player who has a good ability to shoot for 3 points in Bogdanovic (39.4 in his career), who if he didn't play well (or not at all) would leave the team next season and open salary in cap. and a first-round pick that could be used for a future trade.
