Grizzles have been a top team but they have one problem which is their rebounding getting a guy like John Collins can really help their rebounding and giving them a lob threat with Ja who can even spread the floor. Playing with JJJ can help his defensive problems. Marcus Smart hasn't been the guy he once was at Boston and his fit with Memphis is questionable. Marcus goes to the Heat to hopefully heal his career as the Heat has a right system for Marcus. Terry goes to the Jazz to help mentor George and Sexton while getting a later pick that could be interesting.
