Why cavs do this: Get a deeper roster, with a better lineup in their starting 5. they also get more draft capital they can further use to move up in the draft or increase their championship window with mobley. They get an elite perimeter defender and a 3pt shooter in suggs and camjohnson, and mobley moves to the 5 where he plays better. They have an amazing stud in anthony black who can be a great player off the bench.

Why magic do this: Garland would fit like a glove and they have enough pieces to contend now if they do get dg on the roster. the perimeter def they lose with suggs, they get back (but obv much lesser) in vando who has looked promising recently.

Why nets do this: they move up 10 spots in the draft and right outside the lottery in this loaded class while also getting a major useful first for the future when theyre contending.

Why lakers do this: get their rim-running defending center, for a cheap price. vando leaving is a lil harsh on them but they can target someone who can defend at the perimeter in FA.
