The Kings don't have a ton of realy valuable player so they aim on taking bad contracts for picks.
*The Bulls are porbably moving Coby White at the deadline and if they don't find a buyer for Vucevic they could use his contract to be buyer themself. They gave up 2 picks (heavily protected) to get off P Will horrendous contract and hope to hit on their 2026 or 2027 pick. A team of Sabonis, Giddey, Buzelis, Essengue and add a good young player to the mix and you have an interesting team in the East. The Bulls should probably rebuild instead of this but they don't seems to want to do that.
*The 76ers should try to get off PG contract they need a 4 more than they need Wing/Shooting guard like LaVine but LaVine is still a good player probably better than PG at the moment and more healthy and he has one less guarented year so that allow the 76ers to have more flexibility and a more reliable player.
*The Pistons needs reliable offense arround Cade. Levert has not been that so far meanwhile Monk has been one of the best 6th man of the last 4 years. MPJ can be inconsistent but outside of the playoffs is always been a reliable 3 point shooter and he got the size to play the 3 or the 4.
*The Nets sells very high on MPJ and took a chance on Jaden Ivey who can play next to a true PG like Demin or Traore he just need time to fully recover from his injury and honestly the Pistons should probably be patient and keeping him. They also get DeRozan to replace MPJ as their go to guy since the Nets don't control their first round pick next year and this don't impact their chance at getting a top pick this year
