If Harden opts in rather than declining for a new cheaper deal the Cavs could move him for Suggs.

Why would the Magic want this deal? Well despite all of Harden's flaws he does orchestrate the offense pretty well. He's also expiring which allows them to free up money for Black to extend without keeping the team in a financial hole. As for Wagner he's a free agent and a sign and trade to the Warriors makes sense for both teams. Horford would fit perfectly with the Cavs allowing for a guy who's been through it all and actually performs in the biggest moments would be great for them.

Warriors get a big man who can provide a boost of energy that the team really needs. It's a low cost move imo but could make a big impact.
