I'd focus on trading DeRozan to a contender to stockpile second-round picks, while moving Sabonis for the best package available. The priority is clearing minutes to build around the lottery pick + Maxime Raynaud and other young talent. I'd extend Devin Carter, Precious Achiuwa, and Russell Westbrook. Target Darius Acuff or Kingston Flemings at #7, then take the best player available with our second-rounders. I'd shop LaVine but not mind holding him as an expiring contract, keeping options open to flip him (and Butler) at the deadline for another bad deal if assets are attached. Rinse and repeat until there's a core worth building around and then make a big free agent splash down the line.
