If the Spurs want Durant enough then they give up the #2 and a pick swap to get him. Harper will be a 3rd non shooting pg. There are plenty of variations on this trade as far as assets go. Spurs probably want the 5th pick, but will need to give future pics to make it interesting enough for the Jazz. Jazz won't give up Lauri and the 5th to move up 3 spots without some future assets.

The Suns get 2 picks and an all star that is in his prime and $10 million cheaper that fits with Booker for a 37 year old. I think they save $40 million on this trade alone while getting a really good player.

The Jazz essentially move Lauri for the #2 and contracts they dont really want. Again, picks and swaps can be flexible here. If the Spurs need the 5th pick then the Jazz need the 14th and a future pick.
