NOTE: I AM LOW ON ISAAC, THAT IS WHY I MADE THIS TRADE.
IDK how these fan bases feel about Isaac. He is a fantastic defender with an inconsistent offensive game and consistent injury problems, which have severely limited his availability and on-court impact. With Banchero's extension kicking in next year, this team needs to cut money fast. This trade frees up basically 15 mil during the offseason (id be shocked if Pat resigns with them) and allows them to acquire some SRPs to help recoup their missing first-round picks. Obviously, ORL would miss the impact that Isaac brings, but with his availabilty issues, I think this is a move that needs to be made to try and save money around their extremely expensive core.
Personally, I do not think Isaac is worth more than a few SRPs. He is not good enough on the offensive side of the ball to make him more than a spot-minute guy at this point IMO.
For Charlotte, they desperately need defense, and I think in addition to getting Sexton, getting Isaac would help their defensive culture, and he could be a great mentor to Miller, Kon, and Salaun (at least defensively). Charlotte has the time and money to experiment with Isaac while Orlando does not.
