Is this realistic? Probably not, but if Harden's issue in Brooklyn really was the off court issues with KD and Irving, maybe he wouldn't mind coming back. If a reunion did occur, the Nets would become instant contenders in this deal. They would lose some of their depth but not much, and they would have the needed perimeter and interior defense to supplement their two new stars. Mikal Bridges could play the second fiddle to Dame, with Harden playing the main playmaker role similar to the KD-Kyrie-Harden trio. They would be joined by strong perimeter defenders and shot makers in DFS and Cam Johnson (I would expect DFS to rebound to his old self with elite playmaking from his guards like he had in Dallas) and they have an interior anchor in Claxton as well.
As for Portland, they would get a couple of young prospects, a reclamation project in Simmons, and a boatload of picks. Philly would receive some very good players to surround their new duo of Maxey-Embiid with, plus a couple of future draft assets.
